Services
The capabilities SOTE operates and teaches from.
ProfessorSneaker shows what a service is, why it exists, who owns it, and its public-safe status. Privileged access remains behind the service's own trust boundary.
Security architecture
Transparency without accessibility.
ProfessorSneaker is intentionally public. A service can be visible here without being reachable, manageable, or authenticated through the portal. Privileged actions stay with GitHub, GLPI, or the appropriate protected system.
Service catalog
Loaded from the structured SOTE service catalog rather than maintained as a second hand-written list.
Different systems answer different questions.
GitHub
What do we know?
Architecture, runbooks, procedures, decisions, mission records, and documentation.
GLPI
What happened?
Tickets, requests, incidents, assignments, and service workflow.
NetBox
What exists?
Infrastructure state, topology, addressing, rack position, and relationships.
ProfessorSneaker
How do I find it?
Public-safe discovery and entry into appropriately protected workflows.
Compromise boundary
If ProfessorSneaker.com is compromised, the attacker should obtain the portal presentation layer and only the public-safe data it is intentionally allowed to read. That compromise must not provide administrative access to GLPI, Proxmox, network devices, NetBox, secret storage, or other SOTE infrastructure.
